Hilary Duff takes her dogs for a late afternoon stroll around the neighborhood in Toluca Lake, Los Angeles, CA, USA on August 21, 2010. While holding the smaller of the two in her hands, Hilary is left fighting with her other dog when she suddenly began barking and pulling Hilary toward the street. Hilary made a few nervous faces before finally gaining control of her pooch and continuing home.
