Sturdy Practical Modern Axechair by Floris Schoonderbeek
he head can be recycled again as iron ore while the handheld part can be used as the chair’s legs. It’s made in Arnhem, Netherlands company which is designed by Floris Schoonderbeek. It’s made of wood and cast aluminum with axe handles made by Swedish company Gransfors. It’s is an inspirational design. I’m certain that by looking at this chair people will be inspired to do the same just like this Axechair has done. Although it’s not intended to be a green concept but to me the idea of combining the axe handheld and adding it as chair’s legs is quiet green isn’t it? Practical I must say and it’s very sturdy too. So if you like the idea you make your own or pay a visit to Floris Schoonderbeek.
