Teaming up on the red carpet, Nina Dobrey and Kayla Ewell were on hand for Spike TV's Scream 2010 Awards in Los Angeles, California on Saturday night (October 16).

Held at The Greek Theatre, the "Vampire Diaries" hotties took separate turns posing for pictures before joining together to make ever-the-adorable duo.

Giving fans plenty of action, the 2010 Scream Awards feature a tribute to the end of “Lost,” the premiere of footage from Scream 4, a 25th-anniversary celebration of Back to the Future and a musical performance by M.I.A.
