New Storage Arrangement

As you know from my previous storage system, I only had one pull out storage drawer. In total it contained 84 nail polishes and everything else I've been storing up in shoe boxes and large packaging box I got from ordering from Nordstrom. Today I was nearby Target and for the first time there, I found a FABULOUS new white drawer for $7 and it's bigger than my original black one. The original black one is the first picture below.

After reorganizing and transferring my OPI's and China Glaze's from the black storage drawer to my brand new white drawer, I filled it with, in order from bottom to top, Chanel, MAC, Revlon Street Wear, Illamasqua, Deborah Lippmann, RBL, Lancome, Nubar, Nfu Oh, Anna Sui, Catrice, Sephora by OPI, Essence, Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure, Essie, Barielle, Color Club, Pop Nail Glam, Zoya, Misa, American Apparel, Studio M, NOX Twilight and (finally!) Top Shop which is pictured below.

Measurements of storage to show how much bigger it is [depth x width x height ]:
The black storage is 30cm x 44cm x 18cm
The white storage is 43.2cm x 36.5cm x 17.5cm

So after filling up my new white drawer storage with OPI and China Glaze, I was able to fill up 104 bottles! Amazing!! For the price of $7 too :) I was planning to get another one but I already had a bag of a pair of rainboots so I wouldn't have enough hands & arms to carry 2 drawer storages. :P Maybe next time, if I expand even bigger.

Below is the picture of the new storage for my China Glaze and OPI (however there were a few left out because they couldn't fit). Now, I'm using 2 storage drawers, 1 large packaging box and a smaller packaging box (which contains nail art bottles and frankens).

Sorry, I didn't get a picture of the drawer itself and I tried looking on Target's website, no luck. :( but it's very similar to the black one except there's a square-ish oval pull out in the middle of the storage to pull out unlike the black one which has a handle at the top of the storage part.

Hope you enjoyed another Fantastic Finds and happy polishing! (:

The Start of Something Fantastic!

I want to transform my nail blog into a blog, that not only includes nail polish and nail art, but I'd like to incorporate more beauty and fashion things that I like also. I hope this doesn't bore anyone.

But like Forever21, who has something called "Fabulous Finds," I decided to create somthing similar to that but I call it "Fantastic Finds," where I will post about things I find that are at a great price or something fantastic that I'd like to share with everyone.

nail polish picture credit to: http://www.duggal.com/connect/fashion/fashion-fact-17
which I found via Google
My first fantastic find includes 3 things. The first is a bottle of hot pink nail art. They mostly sell for $1.50 or more but I was able to find this Mattese Elite for $1! They sell these at Ricky's and their regular price for both nail art and nail polish is $5.99! That's outrageous for nail art to be $5.99!! Sadly, it was the only color available on sale.
My second and third fantastic find is 2 loose eyeshadows from Forever21 which I got for $0.99 each!! They retail $2.80 normally but I dug and found the white one. The one on the left is called Emerald City and the one on the right is called White Sparkle. I think I might use it sometimes to franken too :)

Hope you enjoyed my first post of Fantastic Finds and please let me know your opinion on this topic. :)
& of course, happy polishing!

My 'Black Sunday' Finds

I didn't get to post up my Black Friday finds but I didn't buy anything (except leggings) since I was working. However, on Sunday I went shopping and picked up a few things. :D Hope you'll like them!

I'm in the process of 'transforming' my blog so it's not only a nail blog but also some 'fashion' here and there. :x I hope that it works out!

I got these black patent heels from Aldo because I'm planning to enter into the business major and I know these will come in handy then. They also looked nice when I tried them on with jeans; it made my legs look even longer! ;) Good for business AND party haha! :3 The heels were regularly $60 but I got them for $20!! AMAZING & the best deal I got the whole day!!♥

I love fuzzy socks! They're so comfortable hehe. :P I got these at Old Navy on sale. They are normally $5 per pair but they were on sale for $2.50 each! 2 for the price of one, awesome! :D

I don't have that many cardigans and sometimes they're hard for me to find because I don't like the fitting of the cut (round neck or vneck). I'm really picky. But I got this at Papaya for regular price ($21.99) with my cousin because I loved how it looked on me unbuttoned & not so much buttoned, but I will make it work! :P

hope you enjoyed,

Jackelin $0.50!!

So I stopped by Walgreens today after work and after I bought a palette at Inglot for a swap, and I saw these babies for 2 for $1! I must confess that I saw these before but didn't bother with them because they lack color range! :( and they looked old because the polish separated. But these 2 were the good ones out of the batch.

On the left we have, Jackelin Allure and on the right we have Jackelin Pear. Allure is a grayed out blue with silver shimmer but it's very pigmented like they added fyrinnae in it to make this polish. The swatch is 2 coats of Allure and 1 coat of top coat. Pear is a metallic bronze with a green tone to it. Pear was on the harder side to capture but you can see the color perfectly from the bottle color. The swatch is 3 coats of Pear and 1 coat of top coat. Pear is a little opaque, but you could've gone with 2 coats but I decided to do 3 because a small VNL.

If anyone is interested in any Inglot Cosmetics (they don't sell their products online), I will gladly agree to a swap or custom purchase for you. Just write me an email & I'll email the store for a price quote. Please note that if you want the Freedom Eyeshadow Palettes, let me know how many eyeshadows, the number & it's color family and back up colors in case the store doesn't have a color that you wanted.

The reason I started putting it out there that I'm willing to get custom Inglot Cosmetics is because of a MUA swap. If you're more comfortable swapping with me on MUA just write me a message to itsofluffy (that's my MUA username).

I'm bringing this up because Inglot in the US is only available in 2 stores, one in NYC which is an hour train ride from my home and I work & go to school in the city so I'll be there frequently.
hope you enjoyed,
